As of now i have only point 1 in mind. not identified any sector.
I am not even sure that there is enough market potential and on top of
every thing we have very limited exposure. [ I have been a part of KM
effort at CTS, of that helps ;-) ].
What we can do is to help a company develop KM infra - do every thing
from process definition, knowledge identification, tool identification
and implementation. In a nut shell, kicking off the KM process for any
company. [ i am not sure if that has any market value, it could have
some value because services is a major part of any KM implementation ]

I am not thinking of any application as of now because its not the
product or technology that will drive KM effort and there are already
hazaar products in the market.

I cannot comment on integration of KM tools but there are a couple of
MS products that do someting similar.

The Mac report does not talk about any thing new. All that is very
standard process, they have just put everything in a nice structure.
